Berry is a new print from Marimekko and is beautifully executed on this cotton plaid. The plaid has a beautiful wickerwork in it, see photos for this effect. The design is a print (not woven in).
The plaid has a print on the front, not the back, which is solid, although the print on the front is slightly transparent.
The plaid is made of 100% cotton and the edge of the plaid has small fringes. The plaid is 130x180cm and is washable at 40 degrees.
Marimekko Berry print
Secret, hidden berries were the inspiration for the Berry print. Designed by Antti Kekki, the pattern's card-like network of leaves always leads to a new clearing in the forest full of berries. The composition of leaves and berries cut from paper is a graphic interpretation of a well-known Finnish subject.
Color accent on the sofa
