Johan Bülow, who grew up in an entrepreneurial family, always knew he wanted to create something special. He threw his passion and attention into licorice root - a Scandinavian favorite that he believed was underappreciated and should be taken seriously. He put in hours and learned the trade the hard way. In 2007 he was ready to cook, roll and cut his very first product.
