A product is damaged, what now?
- If a product has arrived at your location damaged, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before you send the product back. Provide a description of what has been damaged and send a photo of the damage. Together with you, we’ll look for the best solution for the problem. If you return the product in case of damage, without consulting, then the return costs incurred / shipping costs for their own account.
What should I do if there is something wrong with my order?
