Do I have to create an account to order?
- No, you do not need an account to order something.It is possible to create an account when you place an order, read about the benefits of having an account with us below.
Why is it useful to have an account with you?
- First of all, you no longer have to enter your details for subsequent orders.As soon as you are logged in, it’ll automatically retrieve that data from your account, which is nice and handy.In your account you’ll also have the option to ask us questions and look back at the answers (we call this 'tickets'). As soon as you ask a question, we will be notified, as soon as we answer your question, you will also receive a message in your mailbox that your question has been answered. What happens with my data in my account?
