Important: in the period August and September we are absent for holidays and visits to the fair. It is therefore not possible, if you want to return your order and/or a product, to always do this immediately. If you want to return a product and/or your order, please first send us an email (possibly reply to order confirmation) in which you indicate that you want to return (you do not have to give a reason). In this way we can indicate whether a return is possible at that time and if not, when. If you return your order during that period without prior consultation with us, there is a chance that the package will end up at a PostNL collection point because the store is closed and we cannot pick it up within the 7-day collection period. ensure that the package is returned to you. To avoid unnecessary costs and unnecessary transport, we only ask you to email your return in advance during this period and to wait for a response from us.


(in case of damage or complaint do not return without consulting blikfang (if this is done, unnecessary shipping costs will not be reimbursed).


Step 1:

  • If you want to send something back (note! In the event of damage, different conditions apply), we would like it if you inform us in advance, so that we know that we can expect your package. This can be done via e-mail: [email protected] or via a message via our contact page.


Step 2:

  • ou can download the withdrawal form here. The second page of this form are two application forms. The upper part you need to fill in only, if you are sending back your order without registration. If you do report this in advance via email or online contact form, you do not have to fill in this part. You can use the lower part of this form for the package. The return address is already on it.


  • Please note! You must arrange the (return) shipment yourself. These return costs are for you. You have 14 days to indicate that you want to return your order or product. You then have another 14 days to return your purchase after you have notified us. Blikfang will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving your return notification, if the products that are sent back are received within the specified 14 day return time. If you return your complete order you will also receive a refund of the delivery costs.


Step 3:

Your order must be returned unused and undamaged in the original product packaging. Make sure you pack the package securely again so that it cannot be damaged on the way.

Also ensure for sufficient postage. If the package is not prepaid sufficiently, we will settle the underpaid postage with the refundable amount of the order. The costs for parcel shipping are around € 6.75 (NL), for letterbox mail between € 1.95 - € 3.95 (NL).


Please note:

  • If upon receipt of the returned it is concluded that the returned is not complete, used or damaged or of which the package is incomplete, then unfortunately no money can be returned for this. It is not permitted to use or try out the product more than is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the order. If the product is nevertheless used too much or unnecessarily damaged, blikfang can charge for this.
  • Blikfang can also choose to send the ordered product to you again, if it has become unsaleable, in this case you will receive no further reimbursement / refund.
