Dear Customer,
Due to an upcoming holiday, I wanted to inform you about the possible return of your order.
Of course I hope that you like your order and that it is not necessary to return it. But just in case, it asks you to follow the steps below.
Normally you have 14 days after receiving your order to indicate that you want to return your order and then another 14 days to return your order.
• I would like to ask you to return your order after June 10th.
• I would appreciate it very much if you could send me a message (email, WhatsApp, sms) within 14 days of receiving your order or send it via your account to let me know that you want to return the product. At least I'll be informed then.
• The 14 days to return your order expires and I extend the return time until I'm back from vacation. I would like to see your return appear between 10-17 June.
• If you do return your order while I'm on vacation, your package may end up at a collection point, if no store is open next to my store. The problem is that I can't pick it up on time and the package comes back to you and you have to send it again. To avoid these double shipping costs for yourself, it is best to wait with returning until I am back. I will only be able to process your return and use the refund from June 10th anyway.

If it is not clear or if you have other questions during the period that I am on vacation (May 21 to June 9), please send me a message via email or WhatsApp / SMS. I try to respond within 48 hours.

How can I return products?
- Return information:
- Important information: in the event of damage or complaint, do not return the product without consultation with blikfang - if this is done, unnecessary shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Step 1:
- If you want to send something back (note! In the event of damage, different conditions apply), we would like it if you inform us in advance, so that we know that we can expect your package. This can be done via e-mail: [email protected] or via a message via our contact page.
Step 2:
- You can download the withdrawal form here. The second page of this form are two application forms. The upper part you need to fill in only, if you are sending back your order without registration. If you do report this in advance via email or online contact form, you do not have to fill in this part. You can use the lower part of this form for the package. The return address is already on it.
- Please note! You must arrange the (return) shipment yourself. These return costs are for you. You have 14 days to indicate that you want to return your order or product. You then have another 14 days to return your purchase after you have notified us. Blikfang will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving your return notification, if the products that are sent back are received within the specified 14 day return time. If you return your complete order you will also receive a refund of the delivery costs.
Step 3:
- Your order must be returned unused and undamaged in the original product packaging. Make sure you pack the package securely again so that it cannot be damaged on the way. Also ensure sufficient postage. If the package is not prepaid sufficiently, we will settle the underpaid postage with the refundable amount of the order. The costs for package delivery are around € 6.50, for letters and bus mail between € 1.95 - € 3.95.
Pay attention:
- If upon receipt of the returned it is concluded that the returned is not complete, used or damaged or of which the package is incomplete, then unfortunately no money can be returned for this. It is not permitted to use or try out the product more than is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the order. If the product is nevertheless used too much or unnecessarily damaged, blikfang can charge for this.
- Glerups boot / slip-on / shoe and Shangies Sandals may only be tried on indoors, as soon as it is visible on the sole that they have been used outside (discolouration/dirt), the shoes cannot be returned.
- Blikfang can also choose to send the ordered product to you again, if it has become unsaleable, in this case you will receive no further reimbursement / refund.

Can I also exchange a product?
- Exchanging an item is no problem at all. Look in the item above 'how can I return an item', which describes the procedure for returning. The order of the new item counts as a new order and the shipping costs for this are charged.
Who pays the return costs?
- Unless otherwise agreed (example, in the case of defects), the costs for returning are at your own expense. Make sure you frank the package sufficiently. If the package is not prepaid sufficiently, we will settle the underpaid postage with the refundable amount of the order. The costs of returning a package are approximately 6.50 euros. The cost for letterbox mail varies between 1.95 – 3.95 euros. Your order must be returned unused and undamaged in the original product packaging. Make sure you pack the package securely again so that it cannot be damaged during shipping.

A product is damaged on arrival, what now?
- If a product has arrived at your location damaged, please send an email to [email protected] before you send the product back. Provide a description of what has been damaged and send a photo of the damage. Together with you, we’ll look for the best solution for the problem. If you return the product in the event of damage, before submitting, the return costs / shipping costs incurred are for your own account.
What should I do if there is something wrong with my order?
