GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will apply from 25 May 2018. This means that from that date the same privacy legislation applies throughout the European Union (EU). The Personal Data Protection Act ( PDPA ) will then no longer apply.

What does blikfang do with your data.

blikfang cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.

In order to process personal data, we use 3 of the 6 established principles of the GDPR; Permission, Agreement and Legal Obligation.

Storage of personal data

We save your data from an order and any mail traffic with you for a maximum of one year. We will then delete your data. We are obliged to keep the invoice of your order for 7 years due to Legal obligations.

Privacy with third parties

We purchase various services from external parties for the processing of your order. This includes website hosting, package delivery and payment services. Personal data that you make available to us for our services is shared with this party (only the data they need), so that they can perform their part of the settlement. They will not use your data for any other purpose.

Data that is automatically collected by our website is processed with the aim of further improving our services. This data (for example your IP address, web browser and operating system) is not personal data.

Reviews - via WebwinkelKeur

We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are obliged to provide your name and e-mail address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us, so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. You can sign up for a newsletter at blikfang. At the bottom of every newsletter that you receive from us, you have the option to unsubscribe from our newsletter. At the bottom of this letter you will find a unsubscribe / unsubscribe link. Your deregistration will be confirmed immediately.
