Marimekko Kukat Puhkeavat cushion cover 40x60cm tomato red

The Marimekko cushion cover, featuring the Kukat Puhkeavat design in tomato red, is made of organic cotton canvas printed in Helsinki. The cover has a full-length zipper on one long side and a charming decorative border all around.

The cushion cover is supplied without inner cushion, but can be ordered directly when necessary.

Cushions on the couch

This cushion cover has the size 40x60cm and is nice to combine with standard 50x50cm cushions. By alternating designs and varying sizes, you can make a nice combination on your sofa.

The cushion cover is washable at 40°C, further follow the washing instructions given by Marimekko. You can find them on the label on the cushion cover.

Marimekko Kukat puhkeavat design

Maija Louekari's Kukat puhkeavat (flower bloom) pattern explores flowers from a basic perspective, depicting the special moment when buds are in full bloom. The pattern's linear surface also creates a striped effect, which, when viewed at a large size, exudes serenity. For a moment, everything is beautiful – but so fleeting. The world is full of wonders!

Inner cushion

The cushion covers from Marimekko are supplied without inner cushion. You may still have a 40x60cm inner cushion in the house, if this is not the case, then you can order one immediately when you purchase the cover. The Marimekko white inner cushion is firm yet soft cushion that fits in every 40x60 cushion cover. The outside of the cushion is white and made of 100% cotton and is filled with polyester. The pillow can be washed at 40 ° C, use 1/3 less detergent than normal (see washing instructions on the pillow).
