Dottir tea light holder Pipanella Sunburst Windlicht peacock

This Pipanella lantern is an elegant glass tea light holder from Dottir Nordic Design. The glass protects the flame from gusts of wind, making it ideal for the garden table. It also looks beautiful on both a table and a windowsill. The base is decorated with our Sunburst relief, inspired by classic Art Deco patterns. The glass naturally complements the base, giving the holder a harmonious and complete look.

Pipanella Vase - Handmade

Pipanella – where shapes, colors, elegant surfaces, and beautiful glazes converge. Each vase is a small work of art with a poetic expression and surprising patterns. Where old and new meet, feminine and masculine, robust and fragile.

The Pipanella series is a unique collection in which the designer starts her design with a thin sheet of clay. She rolls or presses another object onto it, transferring the pattern of that object to the sheet of clay. Then she gently folds the ends over each other, forming a vase or candlestick. A base is added, and as the icing on the cake, a beautiful ornament on the front. The ornament is an impression of, for example, a beautiful bud she has. After the vase is completely finished, a mold is made for its production.

Once the vases/candlesticks are removed from the mold, they are manually finished, glazed, and fired.
