Marimekko Kukasta kukkaan cushion cover 50x50 cm plum-pink-terracotta

A beautiful cushion cover by Marimekko featuring the new Kukasta Kukkaan design. The cover has a zipper closure on the side and is made of 100% organic cotton.

The cushions are made from the full width of the fabric, so the same cushion made from the same fabric may differ slightly because the pattern shifts slightly. This makes each pillow unique.

The cushion cover is supplied without inner cushion, but can be ordered directly when necessary.

Cushions on the couch

The cushion cover is very nice to combine with other cushions on the couch, with other Marimekko patterns or beautiful plain cushion covers, if you like something quieter.

The cushion cover is washable at 60 ° C, follow the washing instructions given by Marimekko. You can find them on the label on the cushion cover.

Marimekko - Kukasta Kukkaan design

Erja Hirvi brought the cheerfully blooming Kukasta Kukkaan print to life during a creative burst at her summer residence, fully inspired by flowers. The loosely composed pattern emerged while painting and captured the countless ways flowers appear in nature. The Finnish name of the design translates to "from flower to flower" – a reference to the playful flight of bumblebees among summer flowers.

Inner cushion

The cushion covers from Marimekko are supplied without inner cushion. You may still have a 50x50cm inner cushion in the house, if this is not the case, then you can order one immediately when you purchase the cover. The Marimekko white inner cushion is firm yet soft cushion that fits in every 50x50 cushion cover. The outside of the cushion is white and made of 100% cotton and is filled with polyester. The pillow can be washed at 40 ° C, use 1/3 less detergent than normal (see washing instructions on the pillow).
