Marimekko Sukat Makkaralla Glass Set of 2 pieces Lavender

A beautiful set of 2 Sukat Makkaralla glasses by Marimekko. Made of transparent lavender-colored mouth-blown glass.

The glasses look a bit like a slumped sock / stocking that is so ribbed above your ankle, and that is exactly what Sukat Makkaralla means in the finnish. The series was designed by Anu Penttinen to complement the service and to add a playful shape to the collection.

The glasses are suitable for the dishwasher.

Mix & match

The tumblers with the matching pitcher (available separately) fit perfectly with the Marimekko crockery. Despite the ridges, the glasses are stylish and sleek and also a bit playful, which is a nice combination on the table.
