Martin: "Aarhus boasts a variety of beautiful and iconic buildings, in both modern and classical architecture. Take, for example, the famous City Hall by Arne Jacobsen from 1941 or the iconic Customs Building, which was built during a distinctly National Romantic period in Danish architecture. In recent years, Aarhus has also added a number of iconic buildings to its cityscape, the most striking of which are the Iceberg and the new DOKK1 library."
