Lisa Larson is one of Sweden's most famous ceramic designers. Beloved for her figurines and tableware since the 1950s.

Lisa was a cat lover her entire life. She made her first ceramic cat while still at art school, and it became part of her first successful series, Lilla Zoo, at the Gustavsberg Porcelain Factory in 1955. This was the first of many humorous cats.
