Klippan Tuva throw, 60% Swedish wool, 130x200 cm, moss green

This beautiful TUVA throw in moss green and grey, from the Swedish brand Klippan, is made from 60% Swedish wool. Tuva is woven in a traditional Scandinavian pattern featuring geometric diamond and arrow motifs, inspired by Swedish weaving traditions.

In Swedish, *Tuva* refers to a clump of earth or a tuft (a small patch of grass or soil). As a first name, it is a Scandinavian girl's name derived from *Tove*, meaning "beautiful" or "small hill."

The blend of 60% Swedish wool and 40% lambswool creates a naturally robust and warm feel, with a distinctive, slightly rustic look (and a slightly firmer texture). Brushing softens the surface without masking the wool's natural texture.

Maintenance

Wool has excellent natural dirt repellency, eliminating the need for frequent washing. The wool cleans itself and is dirt-repellent because the dirt remains on the surface due to the natural oils in the wool. A good care tip is to let it air outside when the air is humid but obviously not raining. If you do need to wash the blanket / throw, please carefully follow the instructions on the product.
