The Moebe Frame black is a unique frame designed by the Danish Studio Moebe. The list is partly transparent which gives it its distinctive look. The Moebe Frame consists of 4 black aluminium frame parts, 2 plexiglass plates and a rubber band. The rubber band holds the 4 frame parts together, which you place around the Plexigplas plates. You can frame everything that is flat in this frame.

The black frame is available in 4 different sizes, A5, A4, A3 and A2. The size of the frame that you choose depends on what you want to frame. Because of its transparency, it is best to take a frame that is a bit larger than the object to be framed. For example, if you want to frame an A5 mini poster, then it's best to choose an A4 frame. You then keep a nice transparent frame free around the mini poster. The simplicity of this design is typically Danish design, simple, beautiful and also practical.

Posters and flowers

The special thing about this frame is that you can frame everything you want, as long as it is (pretty) flat. It is suitable for posters and photos, but think of dried flat flowers or leaves. If you want to enjoy the flowers for a long time, dry and flatten them beforehand, otherwise they may look a little less after a few days, because the moisture in the flowers and leaves cannot go anywhere. On the wall or in front of the window

You can hang the frame on the rubber band, this creates a kind of roof above the frame (see photos). You can hang the list both upright and horizontal. If you hang the frame in front of a wall, the colour of the wall will also form part of the frame, due to its transparency. The frame is also very suitable for hanging in front of the window, make sure that both sides look attractive. Think of flowers for framing, a crocheted or you place 2 photos or cards with the backs together, so that you have something beautiful to view from every side. You can also have the frame lean against a wall on a cupboard.

Switch list

Tips! It is important to get started with the frame on a clean (soft) surface to prevent scratches in the Plexiglas. Plexiglas is more sensitive to scratches than glass, good to take this into account when you are working on the list. The larger formats may be a bit harder to assemble the first time, you can always do it in pairs.
